Geana is a seasoned Registered Nurse with over 18 years of experience in nursing, specializing in home health care and IV infusions. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Benedictine University and is licensed in Illinois, Florida, and Nevada.
Her dedication to the profession is evident in her diverse nursing expertise, encompassing adult, pediatric, and community health. Her commitment to continuous learning is underscored by her ACUE certification (Association of College and University Educators), a testament to her ongoing professional development.
Geana is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Nurses.

Edward Chapp
Edward Chapp brings a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, and real estate to our wellness office. With a diverse background in these fields, Edward has honed his skills in client relations, strategic planning, and operational management. His over 25 years of expertise in these areas is instrumental in driving our administrative functions and supporting the overall growth of our office.
As the husband of our CEO, Edward shares a deep commitment to our mission and values, ensuring that our office operates with the highest standards of excellence and care. His administrative leadership helps streamline our operations and enhance the client experience.
Lisa Uribe MSN, FPA-APRN, FNP-BC
Katie Campos, BSN, RN, RNP
Katie is a seasoned and dedicated nurse who brings ten years of experience providing compassionate, quality care to her patients. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from Western Governors University and is currently working towards her Master of Nursing Degree. Katie also holds a certification in Restorative Nursing. Her background in critical care, home care, wound/ostomy management, infection prevention, and nursing leadership roles reflects her passion for patient care and her dedication to continuous professional development.
Katie’s ability to collaborate and provide safe nursing care has resulted in trusting relationships and has ensured only the highest standards of patient care are maintained. At Next Level Wellness she is eager to meet her patients where they are and assist them to where they want to be.
